As she has appeared in Taiwan’s Scoop magazine (like Sachiko did), I assume she’s Taiwanese, although this obviously isn’t conclusive.
Oops, I just read Travis’ article properly – he is obviously talking about her ethinicity (as she is based in Taiwan in any case). Still, she does have a Taiwanese look about her I think (but that isn’t conclusive either).
