Hey, Dr. Lee: In your professional opinion, are Nicole’s implants submuscular? How about Felicia Tang’s? You got me curious, so I started looking at some med sites and I’m just wondering if I’m correct in my “visual analysis.”

I’m happy to see somebody’s paying attention! 😉 I’ll go through some pics of Nicole and Felicia and get back to you. I can tell you one thing to help your visual analysis: submuscular placement helps to give the breasts a more natural upper slope, so they don’t have an obvious, sharp upper edge. This is why Francine Dee’s breasts have a smooth upper slope, despite the enormous size of her implants. However, it is also the reason she has such high nipple placement: with submuscular implants, they have to push up under the breast, often resulting in very high nipple placement (too high in Francine’s case!).
